Dear Thomas: I thought so too, it was a sort of FEEL GOOD speech. My gut tells me GW is going to turn out to be a very popular President. He talks TO the people not DOWN TO the people. Seemed to me Congress was receiving him well although I must admit I feel asleep just before the end of his speech. Hope I didnt miss anything good. JDN
