Skeeter, if you had done your homework you would realize that there are a few folks here who have come to realize they have made mistakes and are trying to figure out a way to save what they have. Yes, I remember you well. You have made some good points in the past and turned out to be correct. Good for you. It might be helpful, however, if you want people to appreciate what you have to say that you might want to consider another approach other than the way you came out of the mists with your sudden "I told you so" post.
