About Clinton: wasn't he the last President that won the
election without cheating?

What is that suppose to mean? I can only guess you are implying that Bush cheated in this election which is absolutely ludicrous. The election may have been ugly but there certainly wasn't any cheating.

Per most of the reviews of voting in Florida, it appears there was no cheating there. Bush won by a count of about 47 votes. Close, to be sure, but hardly cheating....unless you call Democratic mismanagement in Palm Beach cheating.
That said, reviews of Palm Beach voting records show 2 things (despite Buchanan's idiotic comments): there is a VERY high proportion of Reform members there versus the rest of Florida, and Buchanan did extraordinarily well there 4 years ago.

Hard to say what you mean by Clinton being the last president to win without cheating.....considering he basically stole the election in 1992 by lying to the public about the general state of his affairs (both personal and financial).
