JDN; I agree with you about .75-1% in cuts by mid summer, but the more they cut the more they're gonna raise when times get better. These rate cuts aren't the ONLY way to stabilize the economy, just a quick fix.

Probably wont get a cut until march meeting. I would bet that one to be sizable to give the market a jolt. AG probably felt a cut here would do little good for nasdaq. I would imagine things will stabilize over the next few days although gravity and that 2000 number now come into play. Once thru 2000 and we will give up another 10%.
But I am not expecting that. What I am hoping for now is a technical rebound from the current way oversold condition leading to the AG march jolt. Of course this assumes AG knows how to play the market in a sense. Mike
