impristine, That was an interesting post, but it was not clear. Can you expand on what software for sale on ebay has to do with investing in MSFT? I can buy a Rolex on ebay for $300 but that doesn't mean that Rolex is doing poorly selling them for $3000. Are you actually saying that Linux is a threat to MSFT's PC platforms? If so, what if anything points you to this conclusion. Stepping back a bit, what do you mean by "i don't really think it's about that"? What is "it's"? The courts reaction, or something else? Dave

put it this way. Is it wrong to put you on a virtual lan. and tunnel in. without your consent. Is it wrong to bonk your email. is it wrong? is it just plain wrong. is it wrong to track every click you make. is that wrong... is it wrong to control this. and lock everybody down. like the iron curtain. is it wrong to just pull the plug on the router. and hard boot it. is it wrong. is it wrong to have a stock market based on an algorithm that only benefits the guys making the algorithm. is that wrong. is there more to this game than any of us can actually peice together. is that wrong.
