Before he started trying to give trading advice in the newsletter, there was little difference between his on-air advice and his newsletter advice, other than individual fund recommendations. But I always found it helpful to have the reasoning for his long-term outlook in hardcopy for reference, as well as the tracking of various relevant data. That is why I recently renewed, BTW, not because I am afraid of missing out on trading advice.
