NUFO and AVNX don't have the same type of management team. Check the founders' background and you'll see. I do agree with you that both companies have huge insider selling lately which doesn't encourage buyers one bit. The simple fact is that telecom service providers have run out of cash and failed to benefit from their earlier investment due to severe competition. They can merge or get out of business. For the equipment and component makers, it's a waiting game now.
