Ed, the problem with predictions at this point is there is no visibility. My gut feeling tells me Nortel is probably undervalued at this point so I continue to hold unless I see some fundamental change. I am very encouraged by the news that Nortel has leading market share (51%) in equipment for IP services because I believe that is a market with tremendous growth potential. At some point, as data traffic increases, carriers and service providers must add capacity and new services and growth will resume although not at the former levels.

Ross Healy of Strategic Analysis Corp appeared on ROB last night. He forecast a bottom of C$17-18 for NT months before Roths speech and last night a further U$ 10 drop for Oracle.
