There will be more bureaucracy- there will be the bureaucracy we have now- and there will be a new one to oversee all the money going to private schools receiving voucher money- or did you think that money would flow without anyone watching it? People watching = bureaucracy. Can't believe you missed that.

Special education, to be any good, will be highly individualized- this will always be less efficient than teaching "normal" students.

ROFL- requiring more of private schools? Even more bureaucracy.

I am just so amused. There ARE private schools teaching the disabled- very few, and at a much much greater cost than public schools. Want to guess how much more the ones I looked into cost? You really should know a little about a subject before you try to discuss it extensively. It really would help.
