Yes, this is my point exactly! I was just illustrating a frustration I feel when the market seems too random to me. You're absolutely right to say that the only reason the markets function is because different people with different perspectives come together and make a trade. It's because the market is unpredictable that we have a market at all: there'd be no market if we were all on the same side of every decision!
