Wonder what the average insurance policy says about hymen reconstruction benefits? I don't know. And I wonder whether a victim of genital mutilation would be eligible? Also, the criteria said chastity through the four years of high school, so I suppose the winner could have had a real romp in junior high and still qualify if she reformed prior to entering high school. Once the committee had sorted out and verified all the virgins, what additional criteria might there be? How would the committee determine the most chaste of the chaste? I can't wait to see the essays submitted by the applicants. BTW, would one apply or need to be nominated? Would nominations by the football team be allowed? Fascinating. Karen
