<<Earthquake in seattle.>>

Wow...that's not funny....I used to live in Downtown Seattle -- in a highrise overlooking the Puget Sound. It sure a was a beautiful place. I still have a lot of friends and relatives out there and will have to check in.

Lets hope it was not serious....it would be nice if there was just some rumbling since the rumor is that AMZN may be going bankrupt -- even with 'the Time Man of the Year' at the helm <G>....Why did it take folks about 5 years to figure out that AMZN's business model may be flawed? All I know is that the company will be lucky to survive...its possible that a TRUE GORILLA in retailing (like WalMart) may buy their assets or take over at rock bottom prices...The insiders (like Bezos, Kleiner Perkins and the I-Banks) all made a fortune on AMZN...There's a reason they have done some selling over the years...they are in a better position to understand the sitution. Yet, they have failed to admit that AMZN seems to be an experiment that has truly failed on a GRAND SCALE....Oh well...I could be wrong -- JMHO.

Lets hope Seattle is OK and Greenspan wakes up and does 'the right thing' for the country in the next week.

Best Regards,

Scott
