Mori is at 6% popularity. i agree rumour of his resignation could be fuel for a pop but i dont know: there is not any good leaders in the wings to take over in LDP.

Japan's a big customer of China. Not much trust of the Government-owned China companies since they're mostly interested in transfer of technology and manufacturing capability, legally or otherwise.
