Baton: As I posted about two weeks ago, I've been sitting on 100% cash the past two weeks and have resisted buying any techs while NASDAQ is still on its way down. I am particularly reluctant to buy stocks such as GLW, JNPR, JDSU, BRCD, and others that still have P/E's in the 80-150 range. Without any earnings visibility, I think these are still quite risky.

I believe NASDAQ can get down to 2000, possibly 1800 and will start buying QQQ's and value tech stocks (specifically, chip and chip-makers) at this level. FWIW, my holdings from Jan 3rd through February 17th in the retail, financial, healthcare, energy sectors were basically treading water. I saw no reason to hold them either; the risk/reward ratio didn't look favorable to me.
