IMO NT and CEO Roth have lost all credibility in their dealings with JDSU. I personally hope that JDSU sue's NT, however, given the nature of their relationship that is somewhat unlikely. Still a very underhanded thing to do. Roth takes the cake...he was buying shares in the open market just a week before his company warned. I'd love to hear an analyst ask him what his motivation was on that purchase.

As per AMCC...it appears that we have broken crucial support and are now in a freefall. I was fortunate enough to have gotten out in the 60's with a small loss.

The thing that gets me in this market is that there is very little insider buying which usually marks a bottom. Also I have heard mention of very few stock buybacks regarding technology companies. AOL one of the few. These items tell me we are still a major capitulation away from a bottom....
