Intel claims that that is the minor issue and that McKinley II would come out with on-board nuclear plant. The "blue screen of death" may occur at melt down but Intel assured that simple cold boot would contain the radiation within 100 miles radius, at most.

I have worked with INCEP Technologies in the past (they are right here in San Diego) and I know they presented at IDF. I can not read the article through the translater, do I need to have special font or something like that? If it is not too much trouble, can you post the whole thing?
