Another short day in the valley. Probably the best day so far not just in profits still liked EXFO better! but we have grown in with this new format and the room is fabulous as well as the interaction. We have decided of course that we will have a more powerful 'attack method' and I discussed that today with some people if all three moderators would follow EXACTLY THE SAME STOCKS from appearing on the watch list to entry, to exit.. because a mounted front from 3 sides is the best way to find all the plays, and milk them on the short and long side.

This is our 'lesson plan' and we also have scattered a number of advanced players with their few stocks to watch. If we follow a company THROUGH A WEEK or so instead of just popping in and out without rhyme or reason we can get the BEEF. We followed CCMP, DCTM, NTIQ, MUSE, NUAN, DPMI, and even more from short pivot to pivot.. day after day IWOV I only followed today not playing this lately.

But PHSY and ESCM are good examples of FOLLOW THROUGH and that is the key phrase. Maybe today it finally dawned on the me the perfect interplay between a well-oiled method for the 'technical phase' (focusing on CONSISTENT entry, exit, risk management) and with the stock selection phase which we perfected as best we coulld. Like a military maneuver and I am excited about developing that even further. Some of you traders never saw such picks before and I never realized how awesome the Pristine Method was before. I would cut corners once in a while, dive in or take home, get a little trigger happy. Its not really just their method, but ANY really GOOD CONSISTENT TRADING METHOD that may work for you, stick with it and don't get bombarded with suggestions, picks, Highs of the day stocks and other distractions...

For the thread, I'll be doing as always finding some good ideas and possibilities.. Still waiting for SI on the answer of an area for intraday updates and as always as much as I can do considering we now have 3 areas of engagement 1) Watch List 2) Trading Forum 3) Market Gems thread.

And as always I utilize use the provocative discussion from some of you posters, Dave you should send some of your posts as editorials to various publications. I had your posts on my mind today and while doing the watch list..

Jenna, you are truly a marvel with your hard work. I'm sure all those that can keep up with you and take advantage of all the many picks and intelligent words are the better off for it. For those that can't, they can still learn a lot from you (including me, of course) and simplify as they need to. We all learn from each other and we all get ideas. Personally I don't like paying for anything more than I have to, so I appreciate you sharing your thoughts for gratis on SI, especially your many charts and commentary. I suspect many are giving the Pristine rooms a try. I need to get in there, too, but I am out of monitors <g>. I have briefing.com headlines on one along with CNBC TV, real time charts of the NQ's and my stock lists on another along with scrolling news, Level 2, etc. and I listen to another trading room via audio that I like very much for its organization and simplicity. Too much mass input already....lol!

Now, I want to go back and read Lane's interesting post from earlier today.

Jenna, since the tech sector seems to be dead and probably won't be resuscitating anytime soon, maybe the health care sector is the next one to run. A lurker on this board, GTinsdale, e-mailed me some beautiful looking charts on three health care stocks -- CAH, RHB and AMHC. What do you think of these stocks and this whole arena as perhaps the sector to play this year?
