Tokyo Nikkei plunges to 15-year low as techs fall Well that can't be, since I was told that things always bounce back. Lies, lies, all lies. At the peak of the Japanese bubble with real estate commanding astronomical prices; J-businesses claiming world wide victory through business process and prowess, I'm quite sure that "this time its different" echoed through their halls. But no, it wasn't. And here it hasn't been either.
