Looks plenty company specific to me: latimes.com Note that first it was VisionTech, then Altima, now it looks like customer warrants were also issued for the acquisitions of Silicon Spice, Allayer and Sibyte. So, it was really an organized effort to deceive investors by artificially pumping up sales. It looks like the SEC will not be able to take a pass on this one. This could get really ugly.
