I only used the word, "illegal" because you did. If he really believed, rightly or wrongly, that he could move the market, and if that were a part of his reason for making the recommendation, my contention is that it would be unethical. "I don't see how subscribers could be in any worse shape by his bringing it up his expectations on the NAS100 on the radio." I never said that his subscribers would be worse off. "I think people tried on his boards but he shut them down." Not really. There was an avalanche of complaints about what had happened, but that's not the same thing. "I still like the sledgehammer approach: off the radio." Seems pretty selfish that you want to punish radio listeners for something they had no part in.
