UF how much of that was asset sales, one time charges, pooling of purchases and put selling that drove those earnings for the last year? CSCO's books are deceptive and the growth is really much lower then you think.

FYI A website (www.bankcreditanalyst.com) referenced on another SI board shows the money supply growing at around 12% annualized in the last three months, up from 4-6% the previous 12-18 months, a fairly dramatic jump. Sorry I'm not that good with cutting and pasting URL's and such. Anyway, I seem to remember some interest in money supply growth recently and wanted to pass that on.
Also, I was having some success writing out of the money covered calls recently, but find the premiums to not be worth the trouble for the past few weeks. Has this been your experience?
Finally, I wanted to add my "Amen" to dday's post. Very well put. It does appear that a variety of strategies work in the market, but that "changing horses in mid stream" does not. JMO
