I did not know of the Intel trading history you referred to, but it does not surprise me. I would only point out that from what I have heard, successful traders do not expect to succeed on every trade. For us, it's only a matter of speculation as to how successful Brinker may have been at trading on his own behalf, because we don't have the data.

Your recollection on this point appears to be incorrect. As near as I can tell, the following is the original Task article on the May CTR. As you can see, it clearly says that Brinker told people to sell at 84.

If I were like some people, I would speculate about your motives in making that error, and impute sinister motives to you for making it. But I don't believe in thinking ill of people without solid evidence.
