Question:
I wonder where we would be without the $30 mil we raised last year "to take advantage of opportunities in the motorcycle market..."?"

Answer: Going bankrupt or not expanding Synerject. I don't think your analysis is too simplistic, because I think looking at the cash flow, the debt, and the cash on hand and doing that simple burn rate analysis is one of the best things an investor can do to protect his capital (of course, I think i've lost a lot of money in the market the past couple of months, don't ask me how much cause I don't want to know). A company can be in a great business and end up transferring it to a bank if they have too much debt for their cash flow, and the shareholder gets nothing. I am glad Orbital financed the way they did (though I wish they would have gotten a little higher price) - I think it is something management did RIGHT. Maybe later taking on debt will be appropriate (when the income is more steady).
