But TWE no longer exists as a single entity- it is now simply part of AOL/TW.

And ATT's 25% stake in TWE comes out to 10% of AOL/TW.

Maybe I'm not reading it right but, to me, it appears to be T that's in a no win situation. Their loss is going to be permanent!
