What leads you to believe the First Amendment does not also apply to Supreme Court justices? Implied by "free press" and "free speech" are "free reading" and "free listening", and I see nothing in the Constitution that exempts justices from these rights. when I use the term Prez-Select, Oh, but he did legitimately WIN THE ELECTION. He is actually more legitimate than his predecessor Slick. Remember, Slick in '92 got only 43% of the vote; Bush did much better than that.
