T owns 25% of TWE, not 25% of TWX. TWE is a JV between T and TWX.

Now there is one thing missing in your analysis, which is the relative valuation of TWE vs TWX, and whether that comparative valuation still holds in the current phase of negotiation. TWE was and still is a partnership, no public market valuation was established.

I appreciate your effort to make it simple for us to understand, but can you also try not to confuse us along the way?
