Yes I agree that a break of the 1865 area could provide the setting for the final capitulation/low. And it could come much sooner than later. A couple of thoughts regarding the technology stocks that lead me to believe that we still have a ways to go is that insider buying amongst technology companies is at an extreme low and insider selling is still high and there have been very few announcements of stock buybacks. I agree with others that given the extreme exuberance last year this must be tempered with extreme pessimism and we are likely to see that in the weeks ahead. Time will tell the tale....
