I'm not sure what that means. Let me try something specific: Do you have the RIGHT to kill yourself, if you are not pregnant--and if the action that you take to die does not involve the consequential death of a bystander?

If no one else is harmed I have the right to kill myself.
You can figure out all the specifics based on that, it doesn't seem to complex. Your specific question I would have to answer no only because you mentioned the consequential death of a bystander, but not the harm of a bystander. I don't have the right to kill myself in such a way as to cause some bystander to be crippled.
