Capt, There may be restrictions on imports, but they will be stayed pending an appeal, as is usual customs will not act until all court avenues have been gone through. If there is no appeal then US customs may stop items that infringe US IP rights. US customs will act sytrobgly and immediately on contraband, like drugs, but does not want to interfere with the courts as that has gotten their wrists slapped in the past. The problem is that Rambus can get one judge to order customs to stop all infringing imports and then another judge will stay that pending appeal and US customs will not try to pick what judge to follow.
