Tom, the way I read "setting up reserves for closure" is that such funds would be used as customer service for SanCube buyers/users (included w/other termination obligations such as severance packages, etc) As long as it has taken for the sale of ADS, Ampex decided to completely cut the cord on the losing MicroNet rather than continue to have a cash drain. I've also wondered if there are MicroNet Assets along w/pertinent patents that might be bundled w/ADS, the Irvine real estate e.g....
