You've got it. I didn't expect to see my magic number so soon, but I think one can start/resume accumulation right here. The Point & Figure chart shows strong resistance around 43, so I don't think there's a rush to buy, but from today's action so far I think that many others are thinking that the price is right.

My charts are very confused right now, with some calling "rally" and others screaming "overbought". Looks like this downturn is a tad worse than many others, but hey, my magic number was hit hard.
