Is anyone bothered by the fact that Biomira attends investor conferences, hoping to draw attention to their stock, but continues to issue new shares? No wonder the big guys don't want to buy in. Why buy shares if you know they could be diluted once again?

Then again, for many biotechs it's the only way to stay in business. A Catch-22, and a reason why a valid partner would be seen as a positive event.
