If we continue to give huge breaks to people at the top, and combine that with needed breaks for the people at the bottom, who's gonna get slammed the hardest when the economy sours and we once again enter the "cut-taxes-and-spend" scenario of 1980-1992?

Answer: The hard-working middle class. The Republican tax-cut plan to benefit the wealthy is a throw of the dice. It's risky and irresponsible. The Democratic plan is more responsible. Time will tell.
