Here's a note from Hahn's site:

>>Finally, I cannot let this week go by without commenting on the remarks made by new U.S. Treasry Secretary Paul O'Neill. There is a sea change afoot from the old order, which heralds a harsher environment for capital markets in the short term, but which should be beneficial in the longer term.

A direct quote: "Why do we have to intervene? Especially why do we have to intervene on a crisis basis?" And, "It doesn't have anything to do with the failure of capitalism. It's to do with the absence of capitalism."

Print these words out my friends, frame them and read them every day. The bailout policy has just been junked -- you have been warned!<<
