Meet La Paris:

La Paris was born four to six weeks premature. She has cerebral palsy and a seizure
disorder. She has a lung condition and requires oxygen. She has a trachea that requires daily
care as well as weekly changes. She receives updraft and aerosol treatments. La Paris is not
able to eat food by mouth, so she receives nutrition by a G-button. She has a wheel chair
and special appliances to help her stand (for exercise) and sit. La Paris is aware of her
surroundings and shows pleasures with wiggles and smiles and her displeasure's with frowns
and cries. Several medications are She has a visual impairment and wears glasses. Her
hearing is fine. Her verbal skills are very limited. It's exciting to watch La Paris learn new
skills. Physical, speech, and occupational therapies are provided.
