Yep...we discussed all this previously on SI in various places...he was scared of y2K so injected too much liquidity/extra $ (never do quite understand that--like--so we printed more $-------sooooo? Want some monopoly $? How about scraps of paper I call $? LOL)----well I can understand, better to divert possible disaster...there was no disaster....

Then all those cuts had their heyday...

But then his hikes--he knows VERY well how long a hike or cut takes to work through the system...he's "wringing out the excess"--

And sure, the markets over-react in either direction, but...why take the greatness of the tech expansion, and fu-k it over? I felt that way about the MSFT trial too. Why allow that, even if they are bullies, they are bullies in the time-honored tradition of capitalism that made America great--why take the company that helped make the boom, and screw it over?
