yea but the question is whether you are long the stock. if so imo you face a substantial decline from here with no prospect of recovery, regardless of acquisition or merger.

we are investors here. despite wh's touts to the contrary, why lose money??

We agree on that. I said as much a while ago, and if I remember correctly even Glenn agreed, although he stated that Amazon would be bought out after bankruptcy had been declared.
