William JH. RE: <<I've gone broke in many ways over the years, I'm sort of an expert in how to do it -g- >>

I'm still laughing at the way you worded that. It's nice to have a place where you can joke about things in a tongue in cheek way without having to reread it over again as a missile from another poster.

On that thought, I visited in at the "why did you leave me, let me make up the whys" thread and found this pearl of wisdom from SliderInWhining: <<I'm not posting on your thread, or trying to create "noise" over there; so why are you doing so here ?>> in response to JQP. It's nice to know that Slider and Isopatch have courteously decided to stay off this thread. I really believe that this time this is something they can follow through with but, hey, what do I know? At least they have the time to post long revisionist histories on what people did and said in the past, to provide imaginative theories on why they left and to talk about how it was that through manipulation that this thread got real popular, real fast.

Kollmh, thanks for your insight on buying and hoping in a down mrkt. I remember another pearl of wisdom from you. You once said words to the effect that if you are losing money in a stock, consider selling it, waiting a while and then see if you want to rebuy it.

I expect that if the nas continues to drop today, it will bounce soon. Then again, who knows what the inst investors will do? I don't see us at a bottom now but we are obviously getting closer. Ed
