CNBC just ran the AMCC chief formally announcing lowered guidance -- sounds pretty bad, now estimating March-quarter revenues between 125-135 Million (if I heard right). He gave it to CNBC first, under the new disclosure rules, so may still not show up on wires for a little while yet...
