Ok, my right coast entrail reader, here I am, back from a haircut (the normal variety, not those administered by the market) and the hairs on the back of my neck are indeed somewhat shorter and flatter. I see that during my absence, no decisions have been taken to dump the tulips over the cliff's edge or to light off the rocket fuel.
