Agreed.... it must be remembered however that in all the great infrastructure buildouts including rail and electric the booms created over [mal]investment or a 'bubble'... this time has been no different... except probably worse [bigger] thanks to easy Al Greenspan. This too shall [is] unwinding... even as corperate and personal credit are tickling all time highs. There is good argument for a very bad recession IMO.
