I think growth in the US auctions will level off and buying outfits internationally will not offset the slowing in the US -- plus add integration and acquisition risks. Ebay will not acheive its lofty revenue targets on which the P/E ratio was based and at some point Meg will have to officially scale these back. I think she is running the business correctly in increasing fees, but at these P/E's WS wants to see the top line growing rapidly as well as eps, and I don't think that's in the cards. Hopefully I'm out in front on this one.
