Dave this market wants to rally in some real bad way. It's ready to explode if anything comes along to make us believers once again. That tells me there's tons of cash looking for a home. I, like you, are fighting my worst instincts to jump back in...it's real hard. I have to kill the gambler in me it's not dead yet. I still have more money than brains and until there's a turn around in that respect capitulation will be a place in Transylvania.

"Again, many savvy trader have a rule to stay out of the Market in the last 15 minutes." Cooper has a technique of buying into size ahead of the close and it works well in bull markets and at the start of bear market rallys. Check the block moneyflows in the WSJ in the AM. Funds were buying today. Somehow fund managers are qoing to try and make their bonus's at quarter's end. Should make for some large range days.
