CSCO bounced, but still showing lousy relative strength, most of the other big cap techs were up 5-10% on that end-of-day rally. If we bounce to 31 and stall, I may short it. Everyone and their sister is saying, "we're going to have a rally in techs soon, but sell into it, because the bottom isn't in." My bet is, the scared money on the sidelines stays scared, the dwindling crowd of momentum guessers buys this rally and gets cut off at the knees (again). I didn't really sense capitulation on any of the recent down days. There is still lots of hope for a V-shaped quick recovery.

I'm beginning to think the bottom won't be in on CSCO until another earnings warning, and maybe a restating of previous earnings.

My short candidates:

AMAT at 50
CSCO at 31
Juniper at ??
NTAP at 49
