Hi Snowshoe,

We have taken a big drop in the last 3 weeks. I think that all the weakness for the telecom sector has already been taken account for. Our drop in the last 3 weeks has indicated a deeper shortfall than 3 to 5 cents.

The strong Q4/01 numbers bode well for 02, especially the huge increase in royalty. I would think that IxWorks and TMS contributed to this gain mostly. The breakout of royalty number is VERY significant. Because this is the single number that tells whether hyper growth has started or not. I would say that the 39% sequential growth is very good.

My question is why Q1/02 earning will be so low. I will wait for the CC.

Regards,

Khan
