You might want to take a look at the web site's press room, which has some interesting tidbits including a deal with Conexant to build UMTS/GSM mother machines (whatever those are) and its deal with Samsung.

The mother machine is described in the March 2001 report which can be accessed at Yozan's web site. The link is in pdf format and I don't if it'll work.
