Of course, it all depends on what your definition of "just and reasonable" is. What is a "just and reasonable" rate for Microsoft's products? Intel's high-end processors? A hot dog and fries at a Blazers game?

That depends, if I am buying it "just and reasonable" is a very low price. If I am selling it "just and reasonable" is whatever I can get for it, and if the market price isn't high enough its whatever I can make the government force people to pay for it.
