I wish I shared your optimism, but I think the markets were manipulated by an unfounded IBM rumor. The techs are so oversold that this spark ignited the enormous short positions to cover.

One thing I have learned over the past year is that just because you are oversold doesnt mean you can't become more oversold. We will see tomorrow as ORCL is tanking badly on their warning and will take some others with it. SEBL comes to mind.
