Who the hell are you trying to kid. Bill had dificits in 7 of his 8 yrs, if you don't count SS payments. In fact Bill had higher total deficits for the first 6 yrs than Reagon had. So cut the crap. Bill's total deficits for 8 yrs was 1.609 trillion, Reagons was 1.672 trillion. Neither has a record to boast about, but Bill certainly wasn't very good at reducing spending, just raising taxes.
