Scumbria Re..Reagan and Bush ran huge deficits. Clinton ran a surplus. Bush is likely to run a deficit.< Who the hell are you trying to kid. Bill had dificits in 7 of his 8 yrs, if you don't count SS payments. In fact Bill had higher total deficits for the first 6 yrs than Reagon had. So cut the crap. Bill's total deficits for 8 yrs was 1.609 trillion, Reagons was 1.672 trillion.
