Actually, I think they are talking about morals wrt Clinton. The most moral President we've had recently was Jimmy Carter. I'm not sure that morality would out-weigh politics in their review of JC.

To my thinking, 90% of politicians are swarmy. Clinton was the rule, not the exception.
